  5. Cook fresh mahi mahi at 400° for about 10 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the fish. Flipping halfway through the cooking process is recommended, but not required.
  6. Air fryer mahi mahi should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 145°F as recommended by the FDA.

  • For frozen mahi mahi, you can increase the cooking time by 3 to 5 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 145°F.
