- Place fresh or frozen mahi mahi fillets in the deep fryer or Ninja Foodi basket or fryer tray.
- Cook fresh mahi mahi at 400° for about 10 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the fish. Flipping halfway through the cooking process is recommended, but not required.
- Air fryer mahi mahi should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 145°F as recommended by the FDA.

- For frozen mahi mahi, you can increase the cooking time by 3 to 5 minutes or until the internal temperature is at least 145°F.
Preheat Air Fryer: I recommend preheating the air fryer. However, if you choose not to preheat, add about 3-4 minutes to your cooking time. Make sure your mahi mahi is fully cooked. Add additional cooking time as needed.
