Almond Joy Latte – Hot or iced coffee

One of the best things about making your own drinks at home is that you can customize them to your liking.

Because an Almond Joy chocolate bar contains coconut and almonds, those are the main flavors here.

It also includes chocolate, so adding some chocolate sauce to your Almond Joy coffee is an optional (but tasty!) garnish.

We use coconut milk for our latte, but almond milk or regular cow’s milk are fine too, as they don’t affect the flavor as much.

Notes and adaptations:

  • For more coconut flavor, we recommend using coconut espresso pods, coconut K-cups, or coconut-flavored coffee.
  • We use Torani brand syrups, which can typically be found in the coffee aisle of most grocery stores.
  • The amount of coconut milk will depend on the size of the cup/glass you use and whether you use espresso or coffee. If using coffee, start with 1/4 cup and add more from there. if using espresso, start with 1/2 cup and add more if needed.
  • Coconut milk can be found in the refrigerated section in the milk section or alternative milks. We use Silk brand unsweetened coconut milk in this recipe. You can also use almond milk or regular cow’s milk.
