On December things I tried and loved: Am I a juice person now? Plus, a “miracle cream” I didn’t know I needed until I tried it, the show I loved the most last year, and a $50 puffer jacket that makes me feel less like I’m wearing a sleeping bag and more like I’m wearing a sleeping bag. I’m using a garbage bag, but in a good way (I swear).
These are the seven things I liked the most in December…
1. Uniqlo Ultralight Down Shiny Puffer Jacket

Courtney Grow posted about selling Uniqlo and this brown coat caught my eye. I wanted a short puffy coat as an option to switch up my winter looks. This one does not disappoint. I ordered a size up and found myself grabbing this one often before heading out the door.
2. Nama J2 Cold Press Juicer
$550
I am VERY VERY PLEASED! I read about this juicer in the strategist while we investigate which option would work best for us. What I love about this model is its hands-free design and that it has a large storage bin on top, so I can make another batch while the first one goes through the cold-press process.
I have been making two batches a week since this juicer arrived. Cleanup is a breeze if I don’t let the juicer sit for a while before rinsing it. There are six parts that are easy to take apart and put back together once dry. I highly recommend this juicer if you have the budget for it.
3. AOZITA Glass Juice Bottles
$22 for a set of 8
An accessory for my new hobby! These glasses make it easy to store each serving of juice. I also bought these glass straws, which I love – the set comes with two brushes which are very handy for cleaning after each use.
4. Mango check suit blazer
$150 on sale for $80
I’ve been really into the color brown lately and thought I’d try a blazer that would bring more of that kind of warmth to my wardrobe. I love the cut of this one!
5. Dr. Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment
$21 – $52
I started using this product in December and it worked so well it made it to my favorite things of the year list! My skin tends to get very red, especially after working out and taking a shower. I have been using this face cream in the mornings and it has reduced the amount of visible redness immensely. I call it my miracle cream!
6. Uniqlo x MARNI Mix Color Yarn Knitted Mittens

This designer collaboration is successful! I love the super cute design of these mittens. They are not very warm, but they will come in handy during the late winter here. And at this price, it’s worth it!

This show took up most of my text threads for a solid two weeks. It’s so well done and it was a lot of fun to watch!
